1- How long are processing times?

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-4 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times due to high-volume orders.

2- How long are shipping times?

Usually, It takes 5-20 business days for your items to reach your doorstep, depending on where the warehouse is located. With suppliers established in the US, warehouse delivery should take up to 3-13 business days to be delivered. Nowadays 80% of purchases are delivered in 11 days.

3- How can I track my order?

You can go to our "Track your order" page.
Also, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your tracking information. You can use this link to track the progress of your delivery. Most of our products is shipped with USPS you also can check their website with the tracked provided, if applicable. If there is no information displayed in your tracking link, allow a few hours or a day to system process the information and try again. It can take the carrier between 24-48 hours to update the tracking information in their system after you have received the shipping confirmation email. 4- What’s your return policy?

We have a 30 days return policy, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. So, instead of returning items, you can contact us to see if you are eligible for a full refund. We do have some Exceptions/Non-refundable items so, please check our Refund Policy page for more detailed information. 

5- What can I do if I want to modify the address?

The address can't be modified after the package shipped out, so please check if your address is correct and complete before submitting the order. 
TrueKindstore is not responsible for packages delivered due to an incorrect address entry or change of address.

6- What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, defective or damaged that can not be used or worn - then simply notify us and we'll send a replacement or we’ll give you a refund.

Please before purchasing, refer to the measurement. Manual measurements allow a tiny measuring error in a normal range. Items may have different colors due to ambient lighting, monitor differences and brightness so, please understand if it happens. The color naming text in the color options is for reference only. We guarantee the style is the same as shown in the pictures of our products. 

7- Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
